Girl Scout Day at the Capitol
Girl Scout Day at the Capitol gathers GS from around the state to learn about government and hear from a variety of speakers. They visit the historic areas and attend an expo to visit community booths. The AstraFemina speaker would be a speaker at the closing ceremony to help encourage the girls to feel more confident in pursuing careers in STEM and to hear from a female role model. Requesting in -person.
500-700 girls: Daisy (grades K-1),Brownie (grades 2-3),Junior (grades 4-5),Cadette (grades 6-8),Senior (grades 9-10),Ambassador (grades 11-12)
