After School STEM Club
The Artemis Academy is a summer program provided to rising 5th-7th graders. After school STEM club meetings occur the last Wednesday of the month and emphasize the 'expeditionary skills' of successful STEM professionals and to provide exceptional role models that may serve to inspire and drive the students to engage in STEM. The virtual meetings lead to a five-day summer camp that is held in July. AstraFemina spaakers are asked to speak to the students and share their STEM story and answer questions.
Age group: 10-13, roughly 30 students
